On September 26, 2024, the Robotics Strategy Forum (RFS2024) was held in the “John Atanasov” innovation forum of Sofia Tech Park, in which IICT BAS also took part. The theme of this year’s forum is “New Horizons of Technology”. IICT BAS presenting the Erasmus+ project “Robo STEAM – Inclusive technologies”, № 2022-1-BG01-KA220-VET-000089434. All interested participants got acquainted with the project and saw a live demonstration of the robot, which assists by approaching and showing given objects in the hall. The idea of the project is to assist the museum tour guide in presentation of the exhibition in a museum that is far away from the place of the educational institution, including a museum outside the country of the students. There was interest in the robot and the project not only on the part of teachers, for whose work the robot is intended, but also by students purely technological how and what the robot is.
